9th Class Result 2024 Lahore Board

BISE Lahore Board, established in 1954, came into existence a few years after the creation of Pakistan. The primary objective behind its establishment was to take charge of conducting examinations for Matriculation (Part 1 and Part 2) and Intermediate levels (Part 1 and Part 2). Prior to the formation of BISE Lahore, this responsibility was handled by Punjab University. With the establishment of BISE Lahore, the board took on the responsibility of organizing and managing the examination process for students at these educational levels.

The first-ever examination for these levels was conducted by BISE Lahore Board in 1955. When it was established in 1954, the Board had a wide jurisdiction that included conducting examinations in Punjab, Baluchistan, Azad Kashmir, and the Northern Areas. Additionally, the Board set up examination centers in Kuwait and Nairobi (Kenya) specifically for overseas candidates. However, the current jurisdiction of the Board has been limited to the districts of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib.
