The basic purpose of the board of intermediate and secondary education, Quetta is the conduction of matriculation or intermediate examination in a transparent environment and effective way for the betterment of the students of our nation. BISE Quetta is playing its vital role in the development of country by providing higher level education.
This board has a power to regulate, organize, develop and control the matriculation and intermediate exams within its Jurisdiction. The extension of this Board has confined to the three other districts which are Makran, Kalat and Kandahar. The board is responsible to hold the exams of affiliated educational institutes of Quetta and educational institutes of those districts that came under the supervision of BISE Quetta (Board of Intermediate and secondary Education, Quetta).
