PEC releases district wise results along with list of position holders to related districts of Punjab on 30th March every year. So far there has not been a single year when the result of 5th class are not announced on 31st March since PEC’s establishment in 2002. The written mark sheets of regular candidates are in school wise results gazette. The private candidates receive their written mark sheets at their registered addresses. The gazette online at our website can be used for download or check online purposes. PEC has introduced online registration option in its official website. The candidates intending to appear in next year examinations of PEC 5th class can get registration forms in November. PEC announces date sheets for 5th class annual examinations in January and examinations start in February.

PEC takes just 3 to 4 weeks for preparations of annual results. PEC was specifically established to ensure quality of education in prescribed manner of Government in Punjab. Every an annual report based on district wise results concluding performance is prepared. PEC utilizes this report to make required amendments and transitions in education system of Punjab. The district boards organize an annual event at their head offices for awarding of position holders on 31st March.
