Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore (BISE Lahore) is a commanding educational body in Lahore Division. The board started its functioning as an independent body in 1954. Before the establishment of this educational body, intermediate and matriculation level annual as well as supplementary exams were organized by University of the Punjab (PU).
The jurisdiction of this educational body has also been confined to some other districts which include Sheikhupura, Okara, Nankana Sahib and Kasur and Lahore itself.
